Redmount

This is our 4 tonne two post lift, available with electric safety lock release. As with all our lifts this system is electro-hydraulic, chain lift, wire cable equalization with a powder coated finish. The power unit is fitted with an emergency manual pump for use in the event of an electricity power failure.

This lift is designed by an Italian company to Redmount's specifications and fitted with power unit (motor and pump) supplied by Bosch Rexroth Group. Safety features include carriage locks, arm locks, rubber door protectors and height limit switch.

Height extension adaptors are included with this item, as are floor fitting bolts and full step-by-step installation instructions. The RM 4000 lifts can be supplied with either single or three phase power at no extra charge. (subject to availability). Supplied in red with grey carriages.

The RM5111 is supplied with 3 stage arms as standard and uses height adjustable screw up lifting pads as well as height extension adaptors. Also included are floor fitting bolts and installation instructions.

The RM 9146 Series (4.6 ton capacity) clear floor two post lift is supplied with an electrical safety lock release. As with all our lifts this system is electro-hydraulic, wire cable equalization with a powder coated finish. Safety features include carriage locks, arm locks, and max headroom limit switch. the RM-9146 is equiped with double extension lifting arms as standard.

Redmount 2 post lifts are European designed, and manufactured to Redmount's specifications. All of our lifts are CE approved (as is all Redmount equipment). 

Van and jeep adaptors are included with this item as standard. A choice of single phase or three phase is also available (subject to stock).

Redmount lifts are fitted with Bosch Rexroth motors and pumps. Redmount have teamed up with Bosch Rexroth, to be the sole-supplier of power-pack (motor/pump unit) for all our two post and four post lifts. We are the only supplier to have this agreement in place. As with all our lifts this system is electro-hydraulic, wire cable equalization with a powder coated finish. Safety features include carriage locks, arm locks, and max headroom limit switch. the RM-8111 is equiped with double extension lifting arms as standard.

The RM 9180 clear floor two post lift is supplied with an electrical safety lock release. As with all our lifts this system is electro-hydraulic. Safety features include electronic equalization, carriage locks, arm locks, adjustable lifting height limit and max headroom limit switch. the RM-9180 is equiped with double pivot lifting arms with an extension as standard.

The lifting pads on this lift are screw adjustable and come with a pair of risers and pair of chassis plate adaptors as standard. A choice of single phase or three phase is also available (subject to stock).

As with all Rexroth (Bosch Group) products, the quality is ensured in the name. The motor used in the power-pack is either 2.2KW, or 3KW and doesn't require a starting capacitor. This is due to a soft start valve built into the pump. When the power-pack is activated, the oil from the reservoir is pumped through the pump and back into the reservoir until the flow reaches 6 litres per minute. At this stage the motor is at full speed, so the soft start valve closes, and the ram begins to lift. This operation all happens in a matter of milliseconds, ensuring the motor is under minimal load (and torque), resulting in a longer lifespan for both motor and pump.
